Consent for the Collection, Retention and Processing of Personal Data

I explicitly declare that I, freely and being fully aware, consent to the collection, retention and processing of my personal data by the company CLEVERPATH HOLDINGS LTD (Megabetplus) in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation 679/2016 EU.

I authorise Cleverpath Holdings Ltd (Megabetplus) to retain and use the aforementioned data, including its distribution to the necessary and applicable employees of the company, solely for the purposes of the services provided to me as a customer.

The personal data will be retained by the Company in its archive in case the National Betting Authority, or indeed any other authorised government official, legally requests such information for the purposes of carrying out any investigation.
